SM Students Perform in Play

By Contributed Article

The Notre Dame High School Theater will perform a musical called A...My Name is Alice on April 27th, 28th, and 29th at 7:30. Earlier this year, Mr. John Lennon, the director of the theater, chose to perform A Doll's House, a dramatic story of the struggle of a young girl to gain independence. This spring, the 'independent women' theme is back again.

Quite a few of the wonderful cast and production crew members in the play are from our very own Signal Mountain. Amanda Noblett is in the cast, Katlyn Whittenburg is set designer, Jennifer Traynor is head propmaster, James Kee is set construction, and Clea Klagstad co-heads publicity and house design with Miss Noblett. These seniors have been working very hard to make this last production their best.

The 11 all girl cast will have you laughing through the trials and tribulations of the many roles of women. This is a hilarious musical that adults can see for $7.00, and students for $5.00. Come support your fellow mountaineers!
